acute psychosis
when patient has one or more of hallucinations, delusions, catatonia, or a thought disorder

Scene safety, ask medical direction if behavior prevents normal assessment/care procedures, watch for change in behavior as part of assessment, seek help from law enforcement if necessary
excited delirium
aggressive behavior, shouting, paranoia, panic, violence, insensitivity to pain, unexpected physical strength, and hyperthermia usually associated with cocaine or amphetamine use
positional asphyxia
inadequate breathing or respiratory arrest caused by a body position that restricts breathing
