Must have systemic toxiticity and involvement of two mucosal surfaces (oral, anal, urethral)

Circular erythematous rashes systemically

Caused by Sulfas, NSAIDs, and anticonvulsants

Care: supportive, vent managment if oral mucosal involvement, and pain management
