rights to return after the first 6 months-if a good us faulty a customer can ask for a replacement if t is proven that the fault is from the manufacture

if a customer can prove that a fault is in the product that was from the manufacture then they can get a refund. this is a complicated process. customers have up to 6 yrs to complain against the seller
