Q

What is an example of interdependence

A

Clown fish and anenome:
- clown fish is protected and has a habitat in the anenome
- clown fish removes parasites off the anenome
——> therefore it is a mutualistic relationship because the anenome and clownfish benefit from each other

Q

What is a stable community

A
  • environmental factors and numbers of different species is relatively constant. It they are changing they are changing in cycles such as with the seasons of the year

Q

What happens when there are changes to Abiotic factors

A

Knock on affect on sizes of populations in community

17
Q

Give examples of Biotic factors

A
  • New predators arriving
  • Competition
  • New pathogen
  • Availability of food
18
Q

What are the affects of changes in Biotic factors

A

Changes in size of population in a community
