balanitis
swelling and/or inflammation of the glans penis
benign prostatic hyperplasia (BHP)
enlarged prostate gland that is not cancerous in origin
bulbourethral glands
located internally at the base of the penis and are part of the reproductive system. These glands are responsible for the manufacture and discharge of a clear viscous secretion known as pre-ejaculate. This fluid lubricates the urethra in preparation for ejaculation. In females these mucous producing glands are located on each side, slightly to the posterior of the vaginal opening.
cryptorchidism
undescended testicle
epididymitis
inflammation of the tubes on the testis
epispadias
condition at birth in which the opening of the urethra is not at the tip of the penis, but on the upper penile surface.

overproduction of testosterone, sperm, or both.
hypospadias
condition at birth in which the opening of the urethra is not at the tip of the penis, but anywhere from just below the end of the penis to the scrotum on the underside of the penis.
male infertility
Low sperm production, abnormal sperm function.
nocturia
Excessive urination during the night.
orchiectomy
Surgical excision of a testicle.
Peyronie disease
Curvature of the penis during erection.
phimosis
tightening of the foreskin that does not allow for retraction.
