What is the end replication problem?
A
Consecutive rounds of DNA replication cause the telomeres to become shorter

How do eukaryotes solve the end replication problem?
A
Telomerase reverse transcribe its RNA template to synthesis more DNA
Increases 3’ end of parent strand, allowing okasaki fragments and polymerase to extend 5’ end of other DNA strand.
