Axillary nerve
Sensation: top of shoulder arm
Motor: teres minor
Radial nerve
Sensation: lateral half or arm, medial strip of posterior arm, and some through middle finger
Motor: muscle, posterior arm and forearm.
-Long head, medial head, lateral head of tricep brachii
Musculocutaneous nerve
Sensation: cutaneous innervation to lateral half of forearm
Motor: muscle, in anterior in medial arm.
-Cora brachialis, biceps brachii, brachialis
Ulnar nerve
Sensation: sensation to palm and digits of meal half
-Full fifth digit(pinky), half of medial fourth digit(ring finger)
Motor: flexor, carpi, ulnar is, and digitorum profundus. Hypothenar muscle, adductor pollicis.
Medial nerve
Sensation: lateral half of palm. First through third, and lateral half a fourth digit.
Motor: flexor, carpi and flexor digitorum profundus, thenar muscle
Long thoracic
Serratus anterior muscle
-winging of scapula
Lumbar and sacral plexus
Femoral: L2-L4
Obturator: L2-L4
Sciatic nerve : L4-S3
Femoral nerve
Sensation: cutaneous of femoral , medial aspect of leg and foot
Motor: psoas major, Iliacus pectineus, sartorius, vastus lateralis, medialis, and intermedius.
Obturator nerve
Sensation: thigh, medial leg
Motor: abductor, Magnus, brevis, and longus.
-Obturator externus, and gracilis
Lumbosacral plexus
Sensation: medial and lateral plantar nerves and dorsum(top) of the foot
Motor: muscle of posterior leg and hamstring, adductor Magnus.
-Bicep, femoris, long head, semi membranous, semi membrane.
-Adductor Magnus, Soleous call, Mom, Gastroenemius, popliteus
Fibular lumbosacral
Sensation: dorsum of medial foot
Motor: bicep, femoris, short head
Genitofemoral nerve
Inner thigh, cremaster reflex that elevates testicles and regulates temperature
