Annual celebration on 3rd Sunday of November in Beaune at which the wines produced from the vineyards of the Hôtel-Dieu and Hospice de la Charité are auctioned off. Total of 58 ha combined split into dozens of cuvées, so one of largest land owners in Côte d’Or.
