A
Preoccupation with eating and overeating
Binge eating
Purging, starving, self vomiting and other strategies
Morbid dread of fatness w/ imposed low weight threshold

Physical signs?
A
Arrhythmia Cardiac failure (sudden death) Electrolyte disturbances Russel sign Oesophageal erosion Oesophageal or gastric perforation

Investigations?
A
FBC, U&E’s, ESR, glucose, TFT’s, cholesterol (elevated due to starvation)
Endo - raised GH, low LH, oestrogen, progesterone
