• Swallow whole
• Do not stop suddenly.
• Avoid grapefruit juice
• It may take 2–4 weeks to work

SE:

• Infrequent and usually of mild-to-moderate severity
• adrenal suppression may occur even with short courses of therapy
• possibility of long-term glucocorticoid adverse effects
