Annualised hours are a set amount of hours you have to work in the whole where as compressed hours is the amount of hours you have to work a week and you can pick and choose when you complete them in the week

A

Advantage- employer- it reduces the administrative costs of employing labour on a full-time basis
Employee- they have units of labour readily available when required
Disadvantage- employer- employees don’t have to work so can be times where they don’t have anyone
- employee- no greeted pay

State what is meant by structured time off in lieu

A

It is where employees are asked to work some days longer but then they may get a day off or a half day in return

Term time is based on the school year and when they have holidays, where as part time is working a set amount with set days e.g Monday Tuesday Thursday every week
