What is meant by change management
Change management is a collective term for all approaches to prepare, support, and help individuals, teams, and organizations in making organizational change.
State two reasons that effective change management is important
You don’t want it to change for the worse
It is a very good time to get everything together and sorted, therefore will allow for any lose ends to be fixed if managed correctly

It gives business free advice and information on the workplace rights, rules and regulations witch will help them to keep everything legal while making a change

Couture can be supported by talking to the employee and seeing how during the change they can adapt the workplace to allow for there culture.

It can allow for the change to be very clear and for a while drastic restructuring to be done, it is quick so wont get as confusing

It allows the business to easily breakdown the change into diffrent sub categories, this then allows for them to have more controls over what is happing and when it’s happening

It provides the business with a good basic structure on how the should go about there change. It will help them is they are unsure on what they should be doing at certain times.
