treatment for biliary colic
pain killers
low fat diet
weight loss (if obese)
observe 3-6 months
treatment for recurrent episodes of pain/biliary colic
surgery - cholecystectomy (laparoscopic preferred)
treatment for unfit patient experiencing biliary colic
ursodeoxycholic acid
