After takeoff performance has been set in the FMS/MCDU and prior to engine start

What will happen if the transition from STOP to START on the engine START/STOP switch is longer than 30 seconds?
FADEC will prevent the engine from starting until the START/STOP switch is cycled through STOP again
If the APU is shut down during single engine taxi, how will the second engine be started?
ENGINE CROSSBLEED START procedure
How are electrical power disruptions avoided when transferring power (NBPT)?
Wait 30 secondsafter N2 stabilizes before shutting down the APU or disconnecting the GPU
Which crew member usually starts both engines?
FO (upon Captain’s request)
How long is the engine warmup period?

During cold weather operations, what must be verified prior to engine start?
N1 fan free rotation

If the engine start auto aborts or is manually aborted what must happen before another start attempt is made?
The cause must be determined and corrected
When should the after start checklist be called for?
After the engine(s) are started and the aircraft is completely stopped
What happens if the SLAT/FLAP lever is moved to a position different from the one entered on the FMS TAKEOFF page 2/3?
TAKEOFF FLAP aural message will sound during the TO CONFIG test
What is recommended (but not required) with regards to the flight controls check while a FLT CTRL TEST IN PROG?
Allow the hydraulic PBIT to finish before commencing taxi
What should be done to avoid spurious FLT CTRL NO DISPATCH EICAS messages if performing a flight control check with only one engine running?
