How to take pMDI
A
- Remove inhaler cap
- Hold inhaler upright and shake well
- Breath out gentely away from inhaler
- Put mouthpiece between teeth without biting and close lip to form good seal
- Breath in slowly through the mouth at the same time press down firmly on canister
- Kepp breathing slowly and and deeply and hold your breath for 5s until comfortable
- While holding breath remove inhaler from the mouth
- Breath out away from inhaler
- Repeat and replace cap
