How to take pMDI

A
  • Remove inhaler cap
  • Hold inhaler upright and shake well
  • Breath out gentely away from inhaler
  • Put mouthpiece between teeth without biting and close lip to form good seal
  • Breath in slowly through the mouth at the same time press down firmly on canister
  • Kepp breathing slowly and and deeply and hold your breath for 5s until comfortable
  • While holding breath remove inhaler from the mouth
  • Breath out away from inhaler
  • Repeat and replace cap
