these factors cause an increase in hydrostatic pressure or a decrease in osmotic pressure

Manifestations
A
dyspnea (lungs can’t fully expand dt diaphragm pushing against abdominal cavity)
abdominal distention

Treatment small volume
A
diuretic (less than 5L)
fluids and electrolytes

Treatment large volume
A
more than 5L
paracentesis
volume expanders (albumin) to increase osmotic pressure
