Host versus graft (HVG)

wanted rejection, T cells from the graft attack the leukaemia cells
how can prevention of graft rejeciton be done
by suppression of T cells from the patient by chemotherapy or irradiation
which tissues will mostly be affected by graft versus host disease
liver, intestine, lung, skin
what is the corelation between GVHD and the cange of relapse
the higher the GVHD the lower the change of relapse
