What’s the difference between a cold and a flu?
Colds, influenza (the flu) and COVID-19 all affect your airways and how you breathe. While a cold is not usually serious, the flu and COVID-19 can be.
A cold
sore throat, sneezing, runny nose, mild or NO FEVER.
RUNNY or STUFFY nose
snot/sputum usually becomes thicker and may turn a greenish or yellowish colour.
It doesn’t usually involve muscle pain.
mild headache (congested sinuses).
It can include a cough.Complications can include sinus congestion and ear infection.
A flu (influenza) is a moderate to severe illness with sudden onset of symptoms lasting 7 to 10 days.
Contagious
FEVER(temperature of 38°C or higher)
NO runny nose
muscle aches
extreme tiredness
headache, sometimes severe
Sudden attack like mornign is good but attack at afternoon
Symptoms?
Could be combination of symptoms like
Muscle or body aches
Fever (a temperature of 38°C or higher)
Chills
Headache
Sore throat
Cough,Runny or stuffy nose
Stomach upset, vomiting, diarrhoea.

Treatment?
Antibiotic wont help as cause by virus.
Paracetamol and ibuprofen to relief pain muscle aches. Lozenges or gurgle could be useful

Difficulty breathing, sign of dehydration
