Clomiphene
- Hypothalamus estrogen receptor blocker. Prevents negative feedback estrogen has on GnRH.
- this inc. FSH & LH production which stimulates ovulation.
- used to treat infertility due to anovulation.
- can cause visual disturbances.
Danazol
-partial androgen agonist
-used for endometriosis & hereditary angioedema.

Ticlopidine
- ADP receptor inhibitors
- this inhibits Gp2b/3a from being placed on receptor surface.
- watch out for neutropenia! (can present as mouth ulcers).
Argatroban, bivalirudin
- derivatives of hirudin - the anticoagulant used by leeches.
- directly inhibit thrombin.
- used instead of heparin for pts w/HIT (heparin induced thrombocytopenia).
