A

-peasant land bank open- land ownership of peasants up 30%, removes redemption payments
=Reduces srs power by gaining peasant support of tsar

=grain 9 to 19 million in production by 1914
-industry up 50%

– backfires. more wealthy peasants means number of kadets rises
–Stolypin assaniated on Septmeber 8th 1911
