Maria: Die Karten für diesen Gig sind wirklich teuer! Was meinst Du, gehst Du hin?
Maria: The tickets for that gig are really expensive! Do you think you’ll go?
James: Ich weiß, sie kosten viel mehr als ich erwartet hatte. Aber ich habe letzte Woche von der Arbeit einen Bonus bekommen, also hole ich mir nächste Woche eine Karte.
James: I know, they cost a lot more than I expected. But I got a work bonus last month so I’ll get one next week.
Maria: Besser Du beeilst Dich. Die übrigen Tourdaten sind schon ausverkauft.
Maria: You had better hurry though. The rest of the tour dates are sold out.
James: Ich wollte noch warten, da ein Freund von der Arbeit eventuell auch mitkommen wollte. Möchtest Du auch mit?
James: I was waiting to see if a friend from work wants to come. Do you want to come as well?
Maria: Ich habe sie schon letztes Jahr auf einem Festival gesehen. Dieses Jahr haben ihre Shows nicht so gute Kritiken bekommen, also werde ich es dieses Mal lassen. Trotzdem danke.
Maria: I actually saw them at a festival last year. Also, their shows this year haven’t had particularly good reviews, so I think I’ll leave it this time. Thanks though.
James: Ich wusste nicht, dass Du sie schon gesehen hattest. Hat es Dir nicht gefallen?
James: I didn’t realise you’d seen them already. Didn’t you enjoy it?
Maria: Doch, es hat mir gefallen. Ihr Auftritt war einfach großartig und die anderen Gruppen, die dabei waren, waren auch alle gut.
Maria: Actually, yes, they gave an amazing performance and the other groups that supported them were really good.
James: Dann solltest Du mitkommen! Der Veranstaltungsort ist super. Ich bin sicher, Dir gefällt die Atmosphäre !
James: You should come with us then! It’s a great venue, I’m sure you’ll love the atmosphere!
