  1. B. burgdorferi
    - Lyme disease
    - Stage 1: Erythema Chronicum migrans (ECM) + systemic including CNS
    - Stage 2: CNS, heart, musculoskeletal
    - Stage 3: chronic skin, joint, CNS disease

Lyme disease:
- congenital infection may occur
