Q

What were experiences of government like?

A

Point: they got to keep some of their government structure
Evidence: Netherlands got to keep civil servants
Analysis: this is because western countries were seen as below but close to aryans in the nazi racial hierarchy. This meant that for the Netherlands it may have been a better experience than eastern countries because they got to keep their civil servant so could still decide things themselves.
