What is the condom method for men?
It is a good protection from pregnancy and is effetive when used with spermicide and lubricant. Protects against STIs and HIV. Keep in dry place and away from sun to avoid breakage.

It is a good method that is less effective when the woman is on top of the man. It fits inside the woman and be put inside up to 6 hours before sex and taken imm. after using. Should only be used once. Should not be used with male condom but is good for STIs and STDs
What is the diaphram?
It is a good method against pregnancy and is good when used with spermicide. It is a cup that goes inside and is similar to female condom. Gives some protection against STIs and should be washed after every use and kept in a dry place
What is the spermicide method?
It is an ok method for pregnancy and should be used with diaphram and condom. Can be foam, jelly, or tablets. Should be put 10-15 minutes before sex and should be washed 6 hours after sex. Can be irritating.
What is the IUD method?
It is the best method against pregnancy but can be dangerous for certai. women with health problems. Does not protect against STDs and STIs. Prevents from sperm to fertilize in the egg
What is the counting days method?
It works for women with regular periods. Couples should let 11 days with no sex for this method due to high fertility. Ex: Next period is on June 1, count 8 days for period and 11 days after.
What is the mucus method?
If the mucus is like paste then it means low chance of pregnancy. Sticky mucus means high chance of getting pregnant and you should wait 2 days after

This is a good method and can be given every 1-3 months. Best if given 5 days after period begins. If given any longer after, then use condom
