Q

What is the water cycle?

A

1) Most water is found in the ocean (salt water).#
2) Energy from sun causes the salt water to evaporate from the surface of the ocean.
3) Water vapour travels to the air and cools down, cools water vapour condenses to form clouds.
4) Water in clouds then falls into the ground as precepitation, includes rain and snow, hail and sleet.
5) When water hits the ground, evaporates back into the atmopshere as water vapour.
6) Water passes through rocks and forms aquifers and lots forms rivers and streams, eventually drains back into the sea.
