Brown Muscat (Muscat Frontignan, Muscat Rouge a Petite Grains) dries on the vine during the passillerage process, short fermentation on the skins, then pressed and fortified w/ grape spirit at 1:4 ratio (a la port), aged in old cask for years, w/ evaporation concentrating the sugars.
