Stimulants - last dose at 1600, loss of appetite can lead to weight loss
Non-Stimulants - S/S: insomnia, suicide ideation
Adjunct Therapy: Bupropion, Trycyclics

What are interventions for cognitive impairment?
Early intervention is better
Safety precautions (toys)
Assist with communication and socialization skills

Have parents stay with kids
