TOPIC 29 Flashcards
Odd branches of abdominal aorta
●A.Coelica ●A.Hepatica - A.gastrica dextra - A.gastroduodenalis dextra - A.pancreaticoduodenalis cranialis ●A.mesenterica cranialis - A.Ileocolica • AA Ceacales • aa. ilei • A.coelica dextra • A. Coelica media - A.pancreaticoduodenalis caudalis •aa.jejunales ●A.mesenterica Caudalis -A.coelica sinistra -A.rectalis cranialis
Diaphragm
●5 layers:
• Plaura + Fascia endothoracica
• M.phrenicus
• Fascia transversa abdominis + Peritoneum
●M.phrenicus O: Corona muscularis - Pars Sternalis - Pars Costalis - Pars Lumbalis Meets in: Centrum tendineum with opening: - Foramen venae cavae
Pars costalis and lumbalis is conected by an arch:
°Archus lumbocostalis, beside there is a triangular region where the phrenic muscle.is absent:
°Trigonum lumbocostale
●Crus sinister and Crus dexter
Arising from the 3-4th lumbar vertebrae and forms together
°Hiatus aorticus, Right crus is thicker and extends more, forms the
°Hiatus oesophaeus
●A: Inspiratory m. and helps with increasing abd.preassure.
●Ligaments:
Lig.coronaria w/ Trigonum sinistra et dextra
Ganglions??
Ggl. Coeliacum
Ggl. mesentericum cranialis
Ggl. mesentericum caudalis
= Solar plexus • The major and minor splanchnic nerves branch of the sympathetic trunk in the thoracic cavity, but joins the solar plexus • Thw lumbar splanchnic nerves contribute to the following: - Acrticorenal - Cranial mesenteric - Gonadal ganglia - Intermesenteric plexus - Renal plexus - Gonadal plexus

•A.pudenda externa - A.prostatica/vaginalis ~a.ductus deferens/uterina ▪ a.vesicales caudales ~a.rectalis media - A.Perinealis ventralis ~a.rectalis caudalis - A.penis/clitoridis ~a.penis/clitoridis dorsalis ~a.penis/clitoridis profunda ~a.bulbi penis/vestibuli
Bloodsuply female genital organs
- A. Ovarica - From abd.aorta - Gives of tuberian branches
- A. Uterina - From External iliac a
- A. Vaginalis- From int.pudendal a.
- A. Pudenda interna - From Internal Iliac - gives of a.umbilicalis and a.vaginalis.
