- Males: Dorsal to penis - (bulbus penis)
- Females: Underneath inguinal mammary gl.

From L3, L4
Leaves spine through psoas major, and allong the distal part of a.iliaca externa, before leaving the abomen through inguinal canal
♂Males:
- Runs in spermatic fascia, giving of branches to m.cremasterica
- Gives of branches to the prepuce after leaving abdomen
♀Females:
- Run with vaginal process
- Gives of branches to the ing.mammary gl, and its skin after leaving abdomen.
