What are nursing diagnosis for thyroid hormones
-altered cardiac output
- malnutrition risk: less than body requirements
- altered tissue perfusion
- knowledge deficit
Implementation for Thyroid Stim Hormones
-single dose 30-60 min before bfast
-admin with full glass of water
- do not admin other drugs at the same time
-monitor carefully in beginning therapy
- blood tests: (TSH/T4/T3)
