Summary:
Athena disguises herself as nausicaas good friend pollos who visits her in a dream and tells her to go down to the river to wash her clothes
Odysseus is in a deep sleep because of Athena

Nausicaa and the other maids go to the river to wash their clothes and play ball, in the process they wake up Odysseus
Odysseus asks nausicaa if she has food clothes and where her palace is
Athena puts a spell on nausicaa making her attracted to Odysseus and Nausicaa tells him to wash, gives him clothes and feeds him then she takes Odysseus to the palace, they have to separate as not to create a scandal (phaeacians are xenophobic) and tells him to go to the queen when he arrives. Odysseus prays to Athena, Poseidon is still extremely angry
