Muddle basil leaves with ginger syrup

Wash glass with ice 
Top with club soda

This almost exact recipe is online as “The Grand Del Mar’s Al Capone Holiday Cocktail” but Audrey has the small but laudable difference of using ginger syrup and soda instead of ginger beer or ale. One recipe under this name deviates from this recipe a good bit but calls for Templeton Rye by name.

Autumn Old Fashioned

1 dash walnut bitters

3 dashes old fashioned bitters

1/2 oz apple cinnamon Demerara syrup

2 oz Woodford Reserve

Stir
Large rocks glass
Big cube
Cinnamon stick garnish

There are a lot of autumn style old fashions online and this one is pretty basic but that doesn’t mean that the exact proportions and ingredients are not unique.

1/2 oz simple syrup

1/2 oz lemon juice

1 1/2 oz Tanqueray Gin

1 1/2 oz Campari

Muddle grapes in syrup
Shake everything
Strain into large rocks glass with big rock. Garnish with 3 skewered grapes

1 oz Cold Brew Concentrate

2 oz Stoli Vanilla

There are of course many such recipes online using rum however these exact ingredients might be unique.

Pear Vodka Martinis with elderflower liqueur and bubbly are all over the Internet. The allspice and the pineapple might be original.

You can find Greyhound variations online that use charred grapefruit and rosemary but going full Mexican with it seems to be Audrey.
