Technique: Shake
Garnish: mint sprig and 4 dashes Peychauds

“If Ever I Cease to Love” Other than the colors of Carnival, there’s only one official item in all of Mardi Gras. Since Rex adopted it in 1872, “If Ever I Cease to Love” has been considered the anthem of the entire celebration. Krewe of Rex are known to drink Ojen on the rocks as a drink of choice. 1 1/4 oz Absolut Elyx 1/2 oz Ojen 1/2 oz Maraska Maraschino liqueur

the end
For 2 drinks/ 100g Armagnac 55g Verjus 35g Sucres (Bourgoin) 200ml water Carbonate the lot and serve over a big rock, no garnish needed.
