1 oz white creme de cacao if using gin / 1 oz dark cacao if using brandy
shake, strain over pebble ice
funky high ball (Ace’s original preference)

1 oz water
shake very hard for 10 seconds with ice
strain into claret (very small) wine glass filled with pebble ice. A small snifter is also ok. no garnish, two small straws
