A

What are the requirements concerning flight plans?

A

Aircraft will not be flown unless a flight plan (military or civil) has been filed or an operation’s log completed. The PC/AC is responsible for the flight plan and has flight plan approval authority. Local commanders will establish policies specifying the flight plan or operations log to be used.
