Kayser-Fleischer rins (green/brown discolouration of corneal margin)

Neurological disease

Hepatic manifestations (recurrent hepatitis or chronic liver failure/cirrhosis with unknown cause)

copper binding drugs- penicillamine

liver transplantation for fulminant liver failure or advanced cirrhosis with liver failure
