• Strenuous activity
• Eye trauma

HT 
Bleeding disorders 
Whooping cough 
Meds (warfarin, NOACs & antiplatelets)
Non accidental injury

• patch of bright RED blood underneath conjunctiva & in front of sclera
• Painless, vision not affected
