- Get Approval for Project Charter –> From sponsor. Gain commitment.

Để ngăn ngừa Scope Creep (Uncontrolled Scope Changes) xảy ra trong dự án
1/ Đảm bảo changes về scope phải theo (follow) Perform Integrated Change Control (ICC) (hoặc các đáp án như Formal Approval Process / Formal Change Control Procedure)
2/ Sử dụng Project Exclusions (trong Project Scope Statement hoặc Scope Baseline) —> thường đã xảy ra khác biệt thì phải so sánh với Baseline
3/ Nếu liên quan đến Agile / Adaptive Approach thì xem thêm đáp án quy định về Time-boxed Duration (Sprint) để hạn chế Scope Creep
Khi có new stakeholder xuất hiện
—> Thực hiện các quy trình Identify Stakeholders (Perform Stakeholder Analysis) —> Update Stakeholder Register (meeting với stakeholder đó lấy requirements, expectations, idenfitication, classifications
—> Kế tiếp là Update Stakeholder Management Plan (How to Approach / How to Manage Stakeholder Expectations / Influence / Involvement)
—> Hoặc các options liên quan đến Update Communications Plan (Communication Requirements của stakeholder) nếu không có các options khác.
—> Lưu ý Identify Stakeholder diễn ra trước (Initiating) —> Update Stakeholder Engagement Plan / Update Communications Plan (Planning)
Trong quá trình dự án, nếu Stakeholder Engagement / Involvement / Relationship tăng giảm (increase / lessen)
- Update Stakeholder Engagement Plan hoặc Update Stakeholder Engagement Assesment Matrix
- Thường trong quá trình Monitor Stakeholder sẽ dẫn đến update engagement strategies và plan —> Upgrade Stakeholder Engagement Plan để bảo đảm hoặc increase effiency & effective của Stakeholder Engagement Activities
- Luôn lưu ý: trong Stakeholder Engagement Plan có lý do (WHY) tại sao để hiểu lý do cần communication requirements của Stakeholders

Thực hiện các T&T và action liên quan như Align / Involve / Manage Stakeholder Expectations / Influence / Involvement như Meetings, Facilitation, tìm Root Cause (RCA), Update Stakeholder Engagement Plan (do Engagement Plan là How to Approach)
Thực hiện các T&T và action để Assessment Engagement như:
