Upper endoscopy:
No findings: no further workup
Positive findings:
No dysplasia: PPIs and reevaluation in 3-5 years
Low dysplasia: PPIs and reevaluation in months
High dysplasia: endoscopic eradication + PPIs
NRDS
Meconium aspiration

NRDS:
Ground-glass appearance, lack of focal opacities
Coarse, irregular infiltrates, lung expansion, pneumothorax
