The notes made shall be
completed by the end of the officer’s tour of duty, except where excused by the Chief of Police.
At an time can there be a delay in completing notes for the SIU investigation
Exceptions may be made in cases where there are bona fide medical reasons for not completing the notes
Who can excuse officers from completing their notes with respect to a SIU investigation
