A
- if audience = known to us
- audience = critical
- lacking confidence
- audience contains e.g. chief scouts

How do you prevent social inhibition?
A
- get players familiar w playing in front of a crowd
- lower arousal levels e.g. cognitive techniques
- gradually introducing evaluation e.g. level of assessment built up gradually
- improving focus and concentration
- peer support groups
- decrease importance of event
