A
  • increased pressure infront of people that the performer knoes (evaluation apprehension) cause catastrophe effect and performance decreases dramatically
  • the more important the game the less likely home team will win which leads to social inhibition
  • if stadium is large home team are far away from pitch so home field advantage in ineffective
