What is the definition of Agility?
The ability to change position and control the body at speed
Who needs Agility?
E.g Footballers and Rugby players
What is the definition of Balance?
Being able to keep the body stable while at rest or on the move
Who need Balance?
E.g Hammer throwing and Gymnastics
What is the definition of Co-Ordination?
The ability to use two or more body parts together
What are examples or Co-Ordination?
E.g Foot-Eye Co-Ordination and Head-Eye Co-Ordination Sports

The ability to undertake strength performances quickly. It can be written as a formula: Strength x Speed

The time between a stimulus and a movement in respond to it

What is the definition of Speed?
The rate at which an idividual can perform a movement or cover a distance
