The ability to exercise your whole body for long periods of time

Why does a marathon runner need cardiovascualr fitness/endurance
so his body can work for a long period of time and finish the race, which envolves the heart, lungs, blood and blood vessels. You also need a strong heart and clear blood vessels to enable your body to transport O2 to your muscles.
What is the definition of Muscular strength?
The amount of force a muscle can exert against a resistance
What is Muscular Endurance?
The ability to use voluntary muscles repeatedly without getting tired

The range of motion of your joints
