What is hydration
Being hydrated means the body has the correct amount of water in the cells, tissues and organs to function correctly. The average recommended daily intake is 2.5 L of water for men and 2 L for women.

What is the metabolic rate
The rate at which metabolic processes take place; the rate at which a body uses up energy.
What is soluble fibre
Can be digested by your body and can help to reduce the amount of cholesterol in your blood
What is insoluble fibre
Cannot be digested by your body. As it passes to your gut it helps other food move through your digestive system. It keeps your bowels healthy and prevents digestive disorders.
What is over fat
Having too much body composition as fat men having more than 19% of total fat body composition is fat and women over 26%
What is overweight
Having more weight than is considered healthy by medical professionals
