Worknig the entire body ofr a long period of time
What is Fartlek Training?
Amethod of training for runners where the terrain and speed are constantly changing
What is Circuit Training?
A series of exercises completed for a certain amount of time/reps, after one another
What is Interval Training?
Physical training involving alternating stages of high and low-intensity activity
What is Plyometric Training?
Exercises where muscles use maximum force in short intervals of time
What is Weight Training
Involves shifting weight ot increase the strength of the muscle using a programme of exercises
What is Aerobics?
Mainly Aerobic excercise to music, covering a variety of excercises
What is Body Pump?
Excercise to music normally using low weights with many repititions and a variety of excercises.
What is Pilates?
A series of core stability excercises focusing on the quality rather than quantity.
What is Yoga?
Ancient form of excercise that focuses on posture and poses.
What is Spinning?
Cycling on a stationary bike to music.
