Working entire body for at least over 20 minutes.

For runners when the terrain/speed is constantly changing.

A
Physical training involving alternating stages of high and low intensity training.

A
Exercises where muscles use maximum force in short periods of time.

A
Shifting weight to increase the strength of a muscle using programme of exercises. Can increase weight/number of reps.
