What is the 12-minute Cooper run/swim, and what does it test?
Its when you Run as far as possible in 12 minutes in a 200 m area, then Record the distance covered to the nearest 10 metres.
It tests cardiovascular fitness.
What is the Harvard Step Test , and what does it test?
An athlete steps up and down onto a standard gym bench once every two seconds for five minutes (150 steps),then measures his pulse 1minute 3 minutes and 5minutes after

Do sit ups for 1 minute

What is the Sit and reach Test , and what does it test?
You place your feet flat against bench or sit and reach box and straighten your legs fully and see how far you can reach

What is the Hand-grip test (hand-grip dynamometer test), and what does it test?
With your strongest hand, squeeze the grips together to measure your strength and Hold the grip for 3 seconds.

What is the One minute press up test , and what does it test?
You do as many press ups as you can in one minute and then compare it to normative data

You sprint 30 m as fast aa you can and them compare it to normative data

You measure how high you can jump and compare to normative data

You start lying down on your front (usually) You then sprint and weave in and out of the cones.
