What sport may require agility?
Rugby may require agility for an attacker trying to dodge defenders.

If balance is developed for a footballer they will be very effective during physical battles as they will be able to take hits whilst on the ball and keep moving.
Name two types of coordination
Hand-eye co-ordination
Foot-eye co-ordination
Which sport may require co-ordination?
Table tennis may require hand co-ordination .
How will it impact performamce if co-ordination is developed?
If hand eye co-ordination is developed a table tennis player may be able to react to the ball quicker therefore improving their ability to win points.
