Cardiovascular fitness/endurance
The ability to exercise your whole body for long periods of time
Muscular Strength
The amount of force a muscle can exert against a resistance

The ability to use voluntary muscles repeatedly without getting tired

The range of motion of your joints

The percentage of body weight that is muscle, fat or bone
What Sport would need good cardiovascular fitness?
A marathon runner- The marathon runner needs to work his whole body for long periods of time
What sport would need good Muscular Endurance
Cyclist(tour de france),rowing
What sport would need good flexibility
Badminton and hockey where you need to be able to stretch or reach a shuttlecock or ball
What sport would need good muscular strength?
A weight lifter would need good muscular strength to exert force against a resistance enabling you to push, move or lift objects

How will cardiovascular fitness impact performance if developed ?
It will allow a tennis player to still have energy in the latter stages of the game to help them overcome their opponent.
How will muscular strength impact performance if it is developed?
For a rugby player if this is developed then they will be able to be stronger in the scrum to overcome the opponent and gain possesion for their team.
How will muscular endurance impact performance if it is developed?
For a rower it will allow them to still be able to perform their movements with the same efficiency and intensity throughout their race. This will make them quicker which will improve performance.
How will flexibility impact performance if it is developed?
Flexibility could allow a gymnast to perform moves such as the splits which could get them better scores from the judges.
